At Milton, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Bring your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
